I have tried to claim this multiple times and it is still saying claimed and it is not on my linked steam account, any fix or assistance to this? people say on posts that they got it but never how to fix / work around ??

nevermind, apparently after clicking around on here months after claiming it randomly is now showing up in my steam .... thanks i'll have to try it out =) i have a few of these games, Stellaris, galactic Civ 3, and tried a couple others.

I have the same problem. I linked my Steam account to Games2Gether back in 2019 and was supposed to get Endless Space 1, and it shows up as  "unlocked on Steam" on my Games2Gether Rewards page but it's not in my Steam account library. I've never had another Steam account, so it shouldn't be linked to something else. I have successfully redeemed other items from Games2Gether, but for some reason this one didn't work.

Well, that was an interesting solution -- the game no longer appears as "unlocked on Steam" on my page even though I did so in 2019 and never got the game. So it was fixed by taking away the acknowledgment that I ever redeemed it.

Well - I just signed up for a new account here, linked to my Steam account, went to 'Rewards', managed to claim the free comic Love Thyself on Steam - BUT - although Endless Space Definitive Edition is shown as a free reward and 'unlocked on Steam' it doesn't show up in my Steam account, nor is there a link to claim it on Steam. Amplitude doesn't appear to have any support services outside of these forums, and they don't seem to monitor them, given the complete lack of response to what is obviously a widely encountered problem. Anyone have any ideas on how to actually get the game for free as offered?

For the Endless Space, could you try to disconect/conect steam again and also close/open the steam, because it is strange that it is telling you that is claimed but it is not on your library
