There was a bug when you made the survey and it seems the badge never unlocked. I've just unlocked it for you.

From what I can see, you indeed have ES2 so it shouldn't offer you a coupon. That's clearly not the expected behavior, we will look into that.

But it seems that you already have Untold Tales as well. Did you manage to fix the redeeming issue after posting this thread? :)

Hi,

You might need to sync your account (when you sync we only get to see once which games you got, so if you bought Endless Space 2 after the first sync, well we don't know it !) and try again !

Hello JetstreamLee,

From what I can see, the last time you synced your steam account was 25th of February. To unlock new content, you have to sync it again in your profile :)
