While I do agree with that, I think it wouldn't hurt too much to create such competition after all official races are at least announced smiley: smile

So true...to make the competition that early and before at least revealing the other factions and their affinitys...was imo a mistake.

It's done. I've voted. The votes have been cast and the poll shows the likely winners. Barring a sudden and unbelievable turn of events they are most likely:

#1 - Cultist of the eternal end (135 votes)

#24 - Stardreamers (109 votes)

#99 - The Nereides (104 Votes)

Next highest vote in the 80s then some others in the 60s.

Well I'll be off to the G2G competition to select my preferred winner from those 3. Already now which one I'll pick.

Well done to the 3 eventual winners (whoever that may end up being smiley: wink ) and onwards to the modders forum for all others that believe a faction is worth the effort.

Just so people know.

Voting closes at 5pm CEST. Which is Central European Summer Time and is based on France + Germany time zone. Click here to see when 5pm CEST is for you if you're unsure.

Best of luck to the top 3, looking forward to seeing which one will be picked as the winner.

Lot of good ideas that didn't win, hopefully modding will allow for some of them to see the light of day smiley: smile

Don't count Mesaima or Viridiplantae out yet! Star dreamers proved that it's still possible for us to jump back to top 3! smiley: stickouttongue

Yeah, it's still one more hour before the poll closes. And then probably at least one other hour before Steph starts the G2G vote, posts the announcements and so on.

Imo it was a mistake to make possible to vote for 10 faction instead of 3 (too many factions), making a lot ppl use the rest of their votes just for filling up(like "gonna put first or last for whatevs", not trying to discredit them since NoS mechanics are quite awesome) and not searching for faction biography to make sure that is what they want ( i mean for the rest of the votes not the first 3), but i hope Amplitude will make a second user faction creation for EL and give less vote choices , like 3 , So good luck for the winners in the G2G

Wredniak2003 @

save that Lore bud, maybe amplitude will make a second contest for EL.

about not winning and the saddness for people not chosing the Viridplantae \/
