Hey,
I'm afraid the "official patch release period" technically ended years ago, and the Reawakening update was an exception. We're working on a fix for some issues introduced in that update, but no more. So the bombardment damage will not see any changes.

Hey,
We're working on a fix for this, but it will still take some time to release.
In the meantime, I would recommend combining the Metaplot Quest with "Academy Expansion: None" as this seems to be what causes the issue.
P.S. I have removed your three other posts with almost exactly the same text, so we can keep discussions in this one place, as I would guess it was not your intention to post the same message four times. ^^

I did not realize that this icon looked like a letter of a real language and alphabet.
I'll try to get answers from the art director on this, but I don't know if I can get them.

On the topic of allies asking you to attack and preventing it, I've reported that to the team, but afte talking to the designers, I am not sure it is unintentional anymore, since it also serves to stop the AI from sniping systems you want to invade.
Regarding the relics, the decimals are probably caused by the relics rewarded by the Academy oddly scaling with game speed. Where you playing on Slow speed, by any chance?

They can potentially see new Sanctuaries, if they have the necessary detection. If you hover over the "cloaked ship" symbol in the system view, it will show you who has discovered your Sanctuary already.
If this happens to you again, please share the save so we can take a closer look.

I see CaptainCobbs EL Factions mod in use there. I wonder if this is just high minor faction settings, or the mod tweaked the number of factions spawned.

Isyander can definitely see you. I'm fairly sure that the Academy can see you, as they start with Detection Level 2 if I recall correctly.
Furthermore, as far as I know Isyander can attack players even while at neutral status, if he deems their contribution to the academy requests insufficient (that is, they are the lowest contributor.)

If I recall correctly, the galaxy generator should spawn one minor faction relatively close to each major factions, and cluster the rest in the center, at least on default Minor Faction Quantity. (I'm not sure how the spread is handled on higher or lower quantity settings.)
