Honestly, I don't trust the Mineral Memory trait all that much, it has failed me in the past (aka didn't work).



But it is true, that with resources set to low, titanium, hyperium and all that good stuff will be quite rare in the galaxy and it's more then likely that not every player will have access to every resource. That's actually intentional - the idea is to make system with strat resources way more valuable then they normally are and force the players to compete for them. We've played with low resources before and the feedback I got was positive so I decided to go for them again. It true that this setting will make the game a bit more imbalanced (the players with access to titanium will certainly have an edge over the competition), however since imbalance is unavoidable in a 4x game like ES (*cough* where some people start with 6 hydromiel and a bunch of jungles *cough*) we can at least make them interesting.

If however the majority of people who signed up for this event really, really hate low strat resources then I guess I could raise them to medium. But trust me - it's more fun when they're set to low!

For the Multiplayer Event.

I realy realy would love to participate cause the Multiplayer is my Home and I didnt had Internet Acess at the last event.



But sadly, i just cant playing at this day at this time.

A very old and good friend is visiting me and my Roommate on Saturday and we only see us maybe 6 times in a whole year so i cant play ES. I have to take care over my friend and drink with him lots of alcohol as it is the way of a good friend. There is a little chance that something croppes up but it seems u have to rock again without me.

But my time will come...someday.
