I don't get it. People choose minor cosmetics instead of new gameplay features G2G.

I want a lot of things. People not able to raze planets is on the list of things I want.

I think is true. Personally, while I'm not strongly opposed to planet razing, the only practical effect is that human players will be able to more completely wipe out a system that they don't think they can regain on the last turn of an invasion (you can already scrap all improvements instantly). I'd rather see e.g. starbases as a mechanic for giving the defender some sort of advantage (though with the defense mechanics it would probably be difficult to balance).

Actually, the glass is twice as large as it needs to be.

Only true for engineers, it seems.

For me as a physicist, he said that we could never actually know how much water is in the glass. That is not true. We could measure it very precisely with given systematical errors! smiley: biggrin

But the philosopher could argue how do you know the glass is even real? That those numbers are real? That you are real? Are you dreaming the glass to be larger than the engineer does? Or is the engineer a figment of our imaginations?

Ugh, I hate philosophy...

And typically, the mathematician could say: "Define the glass."

And a TRUE engineer: "Half-empty or half-full? Wait, that is the work of the machine! Not mine!"

Being a future engineer with a mathematical learning pathway and in internship in a physics laboratory, I think you can imagine my distress.
