I am excited about getting to play around with the full game, and to do so before a "meta" develops.

Discovering and learning a new game is always really fun, and in many ways the first few games of a new 4X are an experience you will never again have with that game. Spending too much time in the OpenDevs may have ruined that a bit, but the Contemperary Era, and whatever changes made since the Beta will surely renew that feeling.

What I'm most curious about are the modding capabilities, if they're really good, great, I'll be around here for some time.

Else, what I've seen so far has not convinced me yet, but I'll try it.

Yeah, I think that's the main reason why I purchase games, when your exploring the unknown and an entirely new concept it's usually pretty fun!

I really enjoyed the city building during the last beta.

I love how the geography really dictates where a "good" city placement is, but how the provinces are large enough to allow for multiple configurations of a whole region depending on where you want a border, who you are trying to defend against, and what you want a city to be able to produce (in terms of FIMSI). Really, the entire map/province/city-building aspect of the game is a kind of puzzle I am super looking forward to for each new map.

Also, the tactical combat is a great (IMHO), and I'm looking forward to getting better at using the geography and trying the game on higher difficulties.

Hello guys, I'm pretty surelly that Humankind will be the best strategy game never made, but there are some stuff that I looking forward:

-First, the multiplayer: I'm really interested to play with friends and, with the avatar's system that replace ur latest match, maybe to made a match with my friends agaist our avatar. I think it's be really cool;

-Second, the events: imagine if there are events that can change the world map, an example: There is a cliff eroded by the sea and from now that land tile becomes a sea tile. Or another: ur industry push too hard agaist the natural resources and u loose one of them in ur tiles;

-Third, mods: I don't imagine a game-as-service in Humankind, so the better things that developers can do could be acts on the community's mods. Imagine if ur favorite mod that adds into the game a new coulture (maori?) or a new era (humanism?) officially join in game with dev's supervion. *mind blow meme*

 But, if all that things never comes in the game, I'll surelly spend soo many hour, days and years in this beautiful game.

Aside from things that I already enjoyed in the beta (beautiful terrain, exploration, city building, combat) I'm looking forward to improvements to known content that hopefully will be implemented, such as expanded liege-vassal interaction or balance.

More importantly I can't wait to see how will the map generator work - due to the nature of gameflow in the Neolithic era I expect I won't be restarting right at the start nowhere nearly as much as in Civ or Endless Space. So I'm very curious to see how large can maps get, what options will we have and how strongly will they influence the generator, etc.

Also looking forward to learning about new mechanics introduced in Contemporary era, though if my playstyle is any indication I may never see them myself ;D

I would like to play MP only. Because earlier versions didn't tell a lot about MP, I will be surprised by well designed MP ?
