When I refresh the home page, it shows that there are still 1000 keys left, but after I submit the information, I will be prompted that there are no keys. After refreshing again, it shows that there are still 1000 keys left. Is it fun to fool the players who love your game?

The funniest thing is that the button to get the key can still be clicked, and then you ask for steam information, and then you tell me again that the key is gone. This is really an outdated April Fool's Day joke

Not to mention that they removed the regional pricing on Steam so after I didn’t manage to get the key I went to Steam to buy the DLC and I saw that the price has been inreased by 600%.

It's really sad that they're doing this. I was surprised too with the absurd price tag. It's simply impracticable to buy 6 cultures and a few things for 1/3 of the full game price. Amplitude please re-think this!

Same issue here. Wouldn't have been too disappointed if I had to eventually buy the DLC myself, at whatever price. But being offered it, entering information and then being told no keys remain? It's just disappointing they got themselves here.

The high pricing was a bug, from what I read on another feed, it's back to normal, with a 10% sale.

As for the Steam keys, it's indeed disappointing that the website is not updating to say there are none left, but that's all: it's a priced DLC and the 1000 people who got it free were lucky people who got a gift, not the other way around.

IMO we should thank amplitude for an opportunity they grant us with a free giveaway! Please, people, we don't need to act like spoiled children.

Unfortunately it’s not a bug. They just increased the price for 600% and now their DLC costs as more than an AAA game in my region.

About the free keys:

Even tough I understand your disappointment that you've been too late to get a free key too, you DON'T have the right to get anything at all for free. Amplitude didn't need to give us 1000 keys for free, but they did it, for us, the community. The fact that the trailer that was shown at the Summer Game Fest did not even mention the free key giveaway shows us that they didn't want casual players to rush to the site and get all the keys within minutes. Amplitude wanted us, the fans who come to the G2G site on a regular basis to get those keys because we are the most dedicated fans.

Again, I understand that you're sad about not getting one of these free keys, but to be fair those keys where available for a couple of hours before the last one was taken. So everyone here had a fair chance! So what do you want now? Do you want Amplitude to give away 1 Million keys for free?

Accept that you are too late (this time) and appreciate that Amplitude has done something nice for its most dedicated fans.

Oh and about the Steam price bug, just be patient and wait for an update:

Hey, you don't have to comment on us from the vantage point of morality. Of course, I know that opportunities are fair to everyone. The key to the problem lies in the behavior and attitude of developers in issuing keys. I was annoyed that I had been fooled, not that I hadn't got the key.

To be fair, you don't have to make assumptions of someone fooling you either. Yet you do. Lets not start this game of words and meanings please. I am sure nobody on the dev team meant this as a joke of some kind. Just an oversight on their part. It hurts me to see how in the current world state a little mistake (all humans make mistakes) a little oversight can be met with a stream of hate and resentment.

Hey there! Sorry for the inconvenience!

Would you mind telling me which region is concerned with this issue please?

It was NOT FOR THE MOST DEDICATED FANS and NOT EVERYONE had a chance to get one!

There is a thing called "timezones"... just for your info.

In fact it was ONLY for fans of a specific part of the world.

For example most europeans with daytimejobs have been in bed during that time and as soon they would have had a chance to claim a key even as " most dedicated fans" all were gone.

If it would have been realy for the most dedicated fans (as you claim it was) they would have made a community event for it.... or atleast make them available in batches every couple hours or even a raffle would haven been fair so everyone had the same chance.

They gave away some stuff for free. Why are people upset about it.

Being mad that they didn't give it away in a different way is like being mad at a radio station giving away free tickets to a concert or sports event to the first X callers because not everyone has a phone and not everyone is free to call in at that specific time. Sure, it kind of sucks to feel like you missed out on an opportunity to get free stuff, and I get that, but that's not really their fault. Being mad at a company for how they give away free stuff is honestly just silly.

Turkey. Both DLCs got their prices increased by around 500% and now they cost around 60% of the full game price that I have paid at preorder. I do understand that there is inflation in Turkey and that by TL losing it’s worth it also damages your sales and increase in price is needed but the increase is 10 times the inflation…

Man, please stop right now! Everyone complaining because they didn't get a free key, because they didn't set up a huge event to give everyone the chance around the world with different work-life conditions to be able to redeem a key for a DLC worth 10 euros, I'm sorry but this sounds ridiculous.

They can't organize something like keeping in mind the personal work life balance of people across the planet, I was lucky enough to redeem one and I'm happy but I would have probably purchased one anyway.

I appreciate the gesture they made and how present they have been in the forums, I also agree that this was a way to reward the people who visit games2gether very often, participating in the game's development.

Stop with this nonsense.
