I play humankind with PC,don't know what Stadia is.And I have this issue in every save after loading one,the point is that the 3 unlocked avatars are missing,and the challenge button is disabled，this situation began 2 days ago.
I've also had this starting in the last week. All three unlocked avatars have gone and the popup appears regularly in the game, sometimes three or four times at the same time in a 'list'
