Could you share the save in question with us, and the diagnostics and log from that session? (Info on where to find them can be found in the bug reporting guide.)

Also, did you ever own Stadia? This type of notification belonged to the Stadia version and should not appear in the PC version.

I play humankind with PC,don't know what Stadia is.And I have this issue in every save after loading one,the point is that the 3 unlocked avatars are missing,and the challenge button is disabled，this situation began 2 days ago.
