Avira free security has a VPN function but is not enabled. I tried disabling avira completely and see if the game loads then, but that didn't work.

I also have OpenVPN installed for my university work but that usually doesn't run.

So no, no VPN is enabled.

newest patch from today has not changed anything, sadly. Newest logs attached, for dxdiag see the last post with it in here, i didn't change anything there.
