Sorry if I've missed a similar thread,

but I just read the last news from the devs

and I'm just... amazed. That's one hell of a list!



So, just wanted to say to the team what a great job they're doing, I reckon.



And ask you lot what you think of this new changes?



I think I will have to reread it (several times) but at least these three got remembered:

* scrapping stuff when I'm out of money (should've started earlier with voluntary no debt-system... :s)

* rotating ships in 3D!!

* more helpfull colours in research!

wow that's quite a list of fixes, you've been busy : )

looking forward to the new alpha to try some of the new things that got added like the Guard option for ships.

this is truly an amazing game guys !!!

Added a new Fleet action: guard. The fleets with guard status will block fleet movements of all opponents in cold war or war.




Gods be praised! A proper way to defend systems and to wage defensive war. Quite happy... quite indeed.... smiley: biggrin

For now we just have the research queue and the negative bank account. We will add other warnings later.

I like this one! I hope ship movement points are included in critical warnings.

please keep in mind that we are still Alpha, some elements that you are playing with are still unfinished, and we are finishing them as we work our way to beta, which is getting nearer..

The AI bug should be fixed. if you do encounter it again, it would be great if you could send us a savegame when it occurs.





We are fixing bugs while we are implementing our last content, so don't be surprised if some bugs that you reported are still in. As you can see by looking at that list, we had not time get bored smiley: smile

The tonnage issue is fixed, and yes, we think the huge number of AI fleets is fixed too. The number of times you are unable to choose auto/manual should have drastically decreased (should be null, in fact)
