Hello,

I recently purchased the game, but unfortunately, my Steam username at the time was not my usual one. Since No Man’s Sky uses the Steam username, I now find myself stuck with a username in Endless Dungeon that I really don’t like!

I have already changed my Steam username to Seven Of Nine, but in-game, I still have the No Man’s Sky username, which is Camina Drummer#254457, and I really don’t like it.

Could you please change it and set my Steam username (Seven Of Nine) for every platform ?

CANT DOWNLOAD FREEBIES (game content specifically) 13 days ago

Freebies` downloads ("LOVE THYSELF-SUPERSECRET ENDING", "ES2 COMMUNITY CHALLENGE ADD-ON", "MUCK & MAKERS FREE UPDATE" and "ES2 SOPHON HERO") are not working nor linking or opening any steam or game tabs to complete the dowload.

Tested on 3 different web browsers (FIREFOX, EDGE and CHROME) , also tried cleaning steam´s download cache.

Is it a bug ? Am im doing something wrong?

Invisible Cursor 10 days ago

To put it plainly, my cursor is invisible in game. It is only in Humankind that this happens, and I can not find a fix at this time. I am still able to interact and even start a game, however, without being able to see my cursor, I functionally cannot play the game.

For context if it helps, I recently got the game through Epic Games. I also saw somewhere that the issue may come from my game capture software, but I deleted it and I am still having this issue. (I had Outplayed.)

I would really appreciate any assistance or ideas.

I bought the DLC "together we rule" on the xbox game pass but the game is not available anymore with the gamepass. I downloaded it on the epicgames store but i don't have the DLC anymore with my account connected. Is there a way to recover it.

Hi, I purchased your Humankind game and all DLC packages from Epic Games. But when I enter the game, it says that I do not have the deluxe upgrade and therefore I cannot activate it. However, as I said, I also purchased the deluxe upgrade. How can we solve this problem?

Got "Humankind" on free weekend through Epic.
Bought all the DLC - including the Digital Deluxe Upgrade
All DLC, except "Digital Deluxe", are working fine.
"Digital Deluxe" will not register as owned. Even though stating owned on Epic store.

In a previous thread (Thread) there's previous mention of this bug happening before on Xbox game pass.

Have looked to see if anything has been said or even addressed, but nothing. Hence, a new post about the same problem from years ago.
