That's unfortunate, but I've heard the certification process is very hard to work with. I've also heard that DLC is completely undocumented, so that kind of makes sense why that's delayed too.

Not sure, it was just there when I opened the game. Did you connect your g2g account?

Yes… i link the account… they still said you need to subscribe to newsletter. I’ve done it but anything change lol. Sorry for my english, i’m french.

Thank you for the latest patch for Stadia. Do we have any idea when the next update for Stadia will be, I mean the upcoming Bolivar update? Thank you very much.

I'm rooting for a swift Bolivar update and a free Africa dlc pack to make up for the delays on Stadia

We need Vitruvian before Bolivar, but at least the updates get to us eventually!

So... now we have some updates. Well, time to resume playing this I suppose. Let's hope we get soon(er) to the last update.

Experienced the same issue -- received a notification that Bolivar update is now live, only to discover that the new features sadly didn't appear in a new game. Would be nice to know what's going on, and when the update will actually go live properly.

I am sad to find this forum confirming my experience.

A number of frustrations that disappoint. Pre-Ordered deluxe, and I echo everything said in this forum. 

The inability to load custom maps (I'm ok with lack of mod support I guess), and being so far behind in updates just hurts. I want to play and like this game, but I really feel left behind in Humankind.
