As far as I know, the issue can also be caused by lacking the proper read/write permissions on the folder, or by cloud syncing software trying to access the files at the same time.

I've passed your files along to the team, but sadly I can't offer more help than that right now.

Sometimes, anti-virus programs can interfere with the world generator by denying it read/write access to files it needs. Could you try whitelisting Endless LEgend in you antivirus and getting back to us with the results?

Have you tried all steps given in this thread?

Hmmm it's really strange... I couldn't repro the issue with a new game, but I can repro it with your save file.

I added it in our bug database. We're on it!

From the save file you sent us, for an unknown reason (bug) it appears you should either capture the city in Reijis, or have the city in Shadonn destroyed...

We're still investigating how this could happen to prevent this issue from happening again.

I tried to repro your bug, and actually I think the problem is that the city passed from one empire to another one after triggering the quest.

It's the only option, because if you trigger the quest, and the city owner doesn't change, it works...

I added it to our bug database, and our team will try to fix it as soon as possible.

Have you been unable to locate the files we're asking for, or where the respective folders where they are stored empty?

Currently the forums don't have a hosting solution (the previous vBulletin forums did, but this platform is at an early stage still), so you'd need to host them somewhere else such as dropbox and link us to it.
