Do you still have your save and perhaps even your diagnostics files? That would help me to reproduce your problem to find a way to help you and fix the bug.

This is  a bug, this should be corrected in a future patch, for now the relocation of the outpost don't give you any info about the loss, or the exploitation gains.

Thanks for your feedbacks. The first one was clearly a bug, we are actually fixing it.
For the 2nd question, it is as-design, as we don't want players to queue religious or wonder buildings just before changing era, and so profit from such an hidden exploit.

Hi, a few thing can lock the construction, could you send us a save ?

On the top of my head, do you have a full army on top of the spawn point of the unit ? If you have the unit cannot be spawned, so the construction stop until there is space available on the spawn point.

The Hunnic Hordes can move after an attack, making them quite evasive (some would say they are a pain in the ass, which is kinda the point I guess...)

Not sure to see the issue here, you gain 9 + 10 + 18 = 37 food and you are losing 47 food so your total is -10
